We really had a lot of fun at this reception and we hope everyone else did, too. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed seeing everyone. Thank you for sharing a wonderful evening with us!

The show was fabulous! The dinner was very enjoyable and the show was interactive and interesting. Dan was able to solve the crime, and David Harbour won an award for being the best supporting actor in a non acting role; he was so good everyone thought he was the murderer and part of the show!
After dinner, we invited everyone back to our suite to enjoy our wedding cake and some champagne. Of course, what brand of champagne would we serve other than Korbel? Our wedding cake had 3 layers and many people tried one slice of each! The top layer was a lemon cake with raspberry filling. The middle tier was chocolate cake with coconut filling. The bottom tier was vanilla cake with fresh strawberries in Bavarian cream. It was delicious!
We had a beautiful ceremony here at the Monte Carlo. The minister was excellent and he delivered a touching, personal ceremony. At 4:07pm, we were pronounced husband and wife.
The meal was fabulous! We started with an antipasto platter including jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon, canteloupe, eggplant, mozzarella with sundried tomato, and calamari, accompanied by breadsticks and olive oil. It was followed by a salad course with a choice of Caesar or tossed salad. Next was a pizza course- the choice was between cheese and tomato pizza, pepperoni, or sausage and onion. After, we enjoyed a delicious pasta course with 3 types to enjoy: penne in tomato basil sauce, spaghetti with ground beef, sausage, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese, and linguine, sausage, and vegetables in a rose sauce. The main course was fabulous- mushroom stuffed chicken with au jus, sweet Italian sausages, roasted herbed potatoes, and steamed spinach. No one left hungry!
